WADE KOCH
PRESIDENT & CEO
Wade Koch is a Senior Executive with over 35 years’ experience in Strategic Growth, Professional Products and Services, and Business Development. He has direct, hands-on experience building, inspiring, and leading multi-national global sales teams for defense and industry, as well as identifying strategic partnerships and opportunities from concept through solution identification. Wade is a complex problem solver, solutions architect, and thought leader. He is a proven visionary and a humble, yet passionate professional, creating change, inspiring, and empowering culturally and geographically diverse teams, that provide efficient and effective training solutions for customers world-wide. Wade is a retired, 20-year, US Air Force Veteran who continues to support the warfighter through his work in industry today.
As both a leader and teammate, Wade has a broad range of skills that drive transformational growth, reduce cost through leveraging efficiencies in existing teams and identifying strong new talent dedicated to mission success. Wade exhibits loyalty and commitment to his teammates and customers in everything he does. He remains motivated and inspired during challenges, and always strives for the best possible solution in every scenario.
